ISPQ9291X & ISPQ9185X – New Product Release

ISOCOM Components 2004 Ltd (UK) unveils its new series of automotive-grade optocouplers, the ISPQ9291X and ISPQ9185X. These components are designed for Electric Vehicle systems, high-reliability industrial automation, and other harsh automotive environments. The new series offers superior signal transmission and noise isolation performance. It features a high operating temperature range and is available in miniature 4-pin surface-mount packages, fully compliant with the latest AEC-Q102 standard.
